Sayoudh Roy is no longer with Carnegie India.
Sayoudh Roy was a senior research analyst with the Political Economy Program at Carnegie India. His work focuses on the macroeconomic implications of frictions in labor and financial markets and how interactions between them can affect macroeconomic aggregates.
He has previously taught as an adjunct instructor in economics, teaching postgraduate courses in macroeconomics and time series analysis, and an undergraduate course in macroeconomics at Bowling Green State University (USA). He has an MA and a PhD in economics from the Ohio State University (USA), and an MS in quantitative economics from Indian Statistical Institute, Delhi.
